Who I am

What I do

Female entrepreneurs in our organisation, ​Moja (one in Swahil) on our farm in ​Tanzania

Who i am

Growing up in Sweden with two entrepreneurial parents, one a ​professional athlete, and with alcohol & addiction in the family I have ​experienced the dance between high performers and unhealthy coping ​mechanisms firsthand.


Having lived in four countries across three continents, and co-founding a ​human-centered philanthropic organisation in Tanzania, I’ve dedicated ​over a decade studying human behaviour.


My venture into Mental Training stemmed from my insights collected in ​close proximity to addiction and my work as a communication specialist in ​several top-performing companies.


I am passionate about understanding why you feel what you feel, do what ​you do, and motivating lasting change that matters.
